Deleting your account removes your email address, phone number, and any other data from Shop. After you delete your Shop account, you won't have access to Shop features such as delivery updates, Shop Pay, or shopping in the app.
If you only want to use Shop for delivery tracking, and not Shop Pay, then you can opt out of Shop Pay instead.
Note: If you use Shop Pay Installments, then you need to pay all your installments in full before you can delete your Shop or Shop Pay account.
Delete your account in the Shop app
From the Account tab in Shop, tap the settings icon on the top right corner.
Tap App settings.
Tap Delete account, and then tap Delete account.
On the Are you sure you want to delete your account? dialog, tap Delete account to complete your account deletion.
Delete your account on a web browser
If you can't log in to the Shop app, then you can delete your account from a web browser. To delete your account, you need to submit your email address at https://shop.app/opt-out, and then check your email to complete deleting your account.
