Getting started with Shop
Shop is a shopping destination and delivery tracking app created by Shopify. You can access Shop on the Shop app for iOS and Android, or on the web at shop.app.
Discover and shop
You can use Shop to browse and discover products from participating Shopify stores, follow stores to get updates about new arrivals and sales, and save favorite products for later. You can make a purchase from a Shop store in the app or on the Shop website. Some stores offer pricing and rewards through Shop offers.
Payment methods and rewards
Shop Pay is a wallet that stores your email, shipping addresses, and payment information. When you check out on a store that accepts Shop Pay, you pay with your saved payment details. You don't have to enter them again. Some stores offer Shop Pay Installments, so you can split your purchase into multiple payments on eligible orders. Earn Shop Cash on eligible purchases and redeem your Shop Cash towards future orders in Shop.
Track and manage your orders
You can track your deliveries in real-time and manage your orders from the Shop app. This lets you view order details and track your delivery journey. You can also review an order in Shop after you receive it.
Manage your Shop account
You can keep your Shop account settings up to date with your current payment information, shipping addresses, and privacy preferences. You can also manage your Shop profile to save your shopping preferences and receive more personalized product recommendations.
