Manage your Shop account

You can manage your Shop account and data from your Account screen in the Shop app or on shop.com. This includes choosing whether to use Shop Pay, controlling your privacy, and managing your connections.

Managing your account and data

Update your account details, opt out of Shop Pay, delete your Shop account, or erase your personal data by managing your Shop account and data. You can also update your data and privacy settings. To learn how Shop safeguards your information, refer to Shopping with confidence on Shop.

Managing your saved payment methods and addresses

View, add, or remove the credit cards and shipping addresses saved to your Shop Pay wallet by editing your Shop Pay shipping addresses and payment methods. To stop using Shop Pay as a payment method, opt out of Shop Pay.

Managing sign-in and security

Manage your sign-in methods, passkeys, and security from Sign in & security on your Account page. You can set up a Shop passkey or remove a passkey from Shop.

Customizing your notifications

Choose which updates you receive from Shop and the stores that you follow. You can manage notifications.

Personalizing your experience

Tailor your shopping experience by updating your personalization settings from your profile.

Managing your connections and language

Connect or disconnect email and social accounts, and set your preferred language. You can manage your connected accounts and language settings.
