Manage your Shop profile

Your Shop profile includes your profile photo, display name, bio, personalization preferences, and public collections that you've created. You can manage your profile in the Shop app or on shop.app.

Your profile is hidden until you create your first public collection. After you create a public collection, your display name, profile photo, and a link to your full profile displays in Shop alongside your public collections.

Edit your Shop profile

You can update your display name, photo, gender, birthday, and personalization preferences such as sizing, skin care, and hair care. You can also store preferences for other people that you shop for. Some personalizations might be saved to your profile automatically based on your order history.

Shop app

  1. From the Shop app in the home tab, tap the Account icon.

  2. Tap your profile card.

  3. Do any of the following:

  • To update your name, edit the Full name field.
  • To update your gender, use the Gender menu.
  • To update your birthday, edit the Birthday field.
  • To change your profile picture, tap Edit, and then do either of the following in the dialog:
    • To upload a new photo from your device, tap Upload, select a photo from your device, and then tap Save.
    • To take a new photo with your device's camera:
      1. Tap Take a photo, and then tap Take photo to take a picture.
      2. Optional: To retake your photo, tap Retake.
      3. After you've taken the photo that you want to use for your profile, tap Choose, and then tap Save.
    • To delete your current profile picture without replacing it, tap Delete current photo, and then tap Delete.
  • To update your personalization categories, use the drop-down menus in the Sizing, Skin care, and Hair care sections.
  • To add preferences for others that you shop for, in the Others you shop for section, tap Add someone, and then add their details.
Web browser

  1. On a web browser, sign in to Shop.

  2. Click the Account icon, and then click Profile.

  3. Do any of the following:

  • To update your name, edit the Full name field.
  • To update your gender, use the Gender menu.
  • To update your birthday, edit the Birthday field.
  • To change your profile picture, click Edit, and then upload a new photo from your device.
  • To update your personalization categories, use the drop-down menus in the Sizing, Skin care, and Hair care sections.
  • To add preferences for others that you shop for, in the Others you shop for section, click Add someone, and then add their details.

Share your Shop profile URL

  1. From the Shop app, tap your profile icon.
  2. Tap View public profile.
  3. Tap the share icon, and then copy or send the link to share your profile.
