Manage your Shop profile
Your Shop profile includes your profile photo, display name, bio, personalization preferences, and public collections that you've created. You can manage your profile in the Shop app or on shop.app.
Your profile is hidden until you create your first public collection. After you create a public collection, your display name, profile photo, and a link to your full profile displays in Shop alongside your public collections.
Edit your Shop profile
You can update your account name, photo, gender, birthday, and personalization preferences such as sizing, skin care, and hair care. You can also store preferences for other people that you shop for. Some personalizations might be saved to your profile automatically based on your order history.
Shop app
From the Shop app in the
tab, tap the Account icon, which is your profile picture or initials.Tap your profile card.
Do any of the following:
- To update your account name, edit the First name or Last name field, and then tap Save.
- To update your gender, use the Gender menu.
- To update your birthday, edit the Birthday field.
- To change your profile picture, tap your profile picture, and then do one of the following:
- To use a photo from your device, tap Choose from library, and then follow the prompts to select and crop a photo.
- To take a new photo, tap Take a photo, and then follow the prompts to take and crop a photo.
- To remove an existing profile picture, tap Remove photo, and then tap Yes in the Delete current photo dialog.
- To update your personalization categories, use the drop-down menus in the Sizing, Skin care, and Hair care sections.
- To add preferences for others that you shop for, in the Others you shop for section, tap Add someone, and then add their details.
Web browser
On a web browser, sign in to Shop.
Click the Account icon, and then click Profile.
Do any of the following:
- To update your account name, edit the First name or Last name field, and then click Save.
- To update your gender, use the Gender menu.
- To update your birthday, edit the Birthday field.
- To change your profile picture, click Edit, and then upload a new photo from your device.
- To update your personalization categories, use the drop-down menus in the Sizing, Skin care, and Hair care sections.
- To add preferences for others that you shop for, in the Others you shop for section, click Add someone, and then add their details.
Share your Shop profile URL
- From the Shop app, tap your profile icon.
- Tap View public profile.
- Tap the share icon, and then copy or send the link to share your profile.
