Discover stores and products in Shop
You can discover stores and products in Shop through Shop search, your personalized home feed, and interactive experiences such as Shop Minis. This section also details how to manage the recommendations that you receive in Shop, and how to follow and save stores and products.
Shop search
Shop search helps you find products and stores by using keywords, or if available in your location, through conversations with a shopping assistant where you can describe what you're searching for in your own words. For example, a conversational search might be "Help me find a birthday gift for someone who loves hiking".
Depending on your search query, Shop might return your search results in the following ways:
- For keyword searches containing a brand name, product name, or category, additional filters might display so that you can refine your search results.
- Conversational searches return results based on the context and details that you provide, rather than using filters.
Your search results are personalized based on your purchase history, shopping activity, and personalization settings. Results are also filtered to include only stores that ship to your location. The more that you use Shop, the more relevant your search results become.
Your personalized home feed
Your home feed in the 
tab of the Shop app includes personalized content from stores that you follow and new stores that you might like. Content in your home feed is based on your shopping activity, browsing history, and personalization settings.
Your home feed might include the following types of content:
- Product and store recommendations based on your interests
- New products, posts, and videos from stores that you follow
- Recently viewed products
- Updates on saved items, such as price drops and back-in-stock notifications
- Suggestions to reorder products that you've purchased before
- Promotional offers
From the home feed, you can also navigate to Deals, Following, Minis, and Saved products and stores.
You can manage your recommendations to help Shop refine what it suggests. For example, you can press and hold a recommended product, and then tap Not interested or Show similar.
