Using shop.com

If you don't have the Shop app installed on your device, then you can use Shop in a web browser by visiting shop.com.

Using shop.com, you can browse and search for products and stores whether you're signed in with Shop, or browsing as a guest. However, you need to sign in with Shop to access the following features on shop.com:

• View and use your Shop Cash and Shop offers.
• Make a purchase using Shop Pay.
• View items in your synced shopping cart.
• Manage your Shop account settings, such as addresses and credit card information.
• Save your favorite products and follow stores.

Not all Shop features are available on shop.com. To track an order or to review a product that you purchased from Shop, you need to use the Shop app.
