Shop offers

Shop offers let you increase the value of your Shop Cash or receive extra Shop Cash back with specific stores in the Shop app. They're a great way to maximize your rewards.

Participating Shop stores provide exclusive Shop offers where you can earn and save Shop Cash. You can maximize your Shop Cash by taking advantage of these offers while quantities last. A Shop offer isn't confirmed until the offer is applied to your cart at checkout.

Shop offer limits

Shop offers are subject to change, and are only available while quantities last or for a limited time. Stores can set limits on their offers. The following limitations might apply to a Shop offer:

• You might need to meet a minimum order value to be eligible for an offer. If your cart doesn't meet the minimum order value, then you won't be eligible to use that Shop offer.
• There might be a limit on how much Shop Cash can be multiplied or earned for an offer.

View Shop offers

You can find Shop offers in the Shop app by using one of the following methods:

• From the Home tab of the Shop app, tap Your offers.
• Tap your Shop Cash balance in the top right corner of the Shop app.
• Use the Offers filter when browsing products in Shop.

When you view your Shop offers, you can filter by product category, such as Beauty or Accessories.

Viewing Shop offers on online stores

If you make a purchase from a participating Shop brand on their online store, then Shop might display exclusive personalized offers after checkout, and on your order status page.

If you don't want to view personalized offers after purchasing from an online store, then you need to opt out of data sharing on that online store. After you opt out of data sharing on a store, generalized offers might still display after checkout.
