You can make purchases through the Shop app, shop.com, and agentic shopping experiences like the Shop App for ChatGPT. You can also review products from Shop stores and manage your shopping preferences using Shop.
When you discover products through agentic shopping experiences, you might be directed to the store's website to complete your purchase, or you might be able to review and approve the purchase through Shop, depending on the experience.
Participating Shop stores also may display Shop offers, which give you access to special pricing, or opportunities to earn extra Shop Cash back on your purchases.
