Managing your Shop account settings

Your Shop account settings include your your email address, phone number, and name. Review this page to learn how to manage these settings.

Changing the email address that you use for Shop

Your email address is your Shop account's unique identifier, and can't be changed. If you want to use a different email address for Shop, then you need to create a new account and delete your existing one.

Changing the phone number on your Shop account

To change the phone number that displays in your Shop account settings, refer to Change your Shop Pay phone number.

Update your name in Shop

The name associated with your Shop account is used to identify your account during sign-in, and syncs to online stores when you sign in to your customer account using Shop. You can update your first and last name from your Shop account settings.

Steps:

1. From the Shop app in the tab, tap the Account icon.

2. Tap Settings.

3. Tap Account.

4. Tap Name.

5. In the dialog, update your name, and then tap Save.
