Shop offers

Shop offers are promotions that are available exclusively in Shop, and might include the following incentives:

• Limited-time special pricing from participating Shop stores
• The opportunity to earn extra Shop Cash when you purchase from a specific Shop store

Shop offers are personalized to you. You can view your Shop offers when you're signed in on the Shop app or Shop on the web.

Applying a Shop offer to your order

If your order meets the requirements for a Shop offer, such as a minimum order value, then it applies automatically to your cart at checkout. A Shop offer isn't confirmed until the offer is applied to your cart at checkout.

You can only apply a Shop offer when you check out on the Shop app or Shop on the web. Shop offers can’t be applied when you check out on an online store.

Shop offer limits

Shop offers are subject to change, and are only available while quantities last or for a limited time. Stores may set limits on their offers, which are indicated on the offer. The following limitations might apply to a Shop offer:

• You might need to meet a minimum order value to be eligible for an offer. If your cart doesn't meet the minimum order value, then you won't be eligible to use that Shop offer.
• There might be a limit on how much Shop Cash can be earned for an offer.

Viewing Shop offers on the Shop app and Shop on the web

When you're signed in to the Shop app or Shop on the web, you can view your Shop offers in the following ways:

• In the Shop app, from the Home tab, tap Your offers.
• On shop.app, click Your offers.
• Use the Offers filter when browsing products in the Shop app or on shop.app.

When you view your Shop offers, you can filter by product category, such as Beauty or Accessories.

Viewing Shop offers on online stores

If you make a purchase from a participating Shop brand on their online store, then Shop might display exclusive personalized offers after checkout, and on your order status page.

If you don't want to view personalized offers after purchasing from an online store, then you need to opt out of data sharing on that online store and opt out of Shop targeted advertising. After you opt out of data sharing, generalized offers might still display after checkout.
