If you already have a tracking number for an order, then you can contact the delivery carrier for more details.
- From the Orders tab in the Shop app, tap the order that you want to contact the delivery carrier for.
- Tap the tracking map on the order page.
- Under Carrier, tap the message icon.
- Choose your preferred contact method such as phone number or carrier website.
If it's been more than 30 days since you placed your order, and you can't reach the Shop store or carrier, then you can report an issue with your order in the app.
