If you have an Amazon account, then you can connect it to Shop to track your online orders in one place.
Connect an Amazon account to Shop
After you set up your primary email account with Shop, you can connect your Amazon account.
- From the Account tab in Shop, tap Order tracking sources.
- Tap Connect Amazon, and then select the Amazon store that you're shopping from.
- Tap Continue, and then follow the prompts to sign in to your Amazon account.
You can connect multiple Amazon accounts to Shop, so long as they aren't in the same Amazon store country. For example, you can connect both an Amazon.ca, and an Amazon.com account, but not multiple Amazon.ca accounts.
Reconnect your Amazon account to Shop
Your Amazon sign-in credentials expire periodically, at which time you'll need to reconnect your Amazon account to Shop.
- From the Account tab in Shop, tap Order tracking sources.
- From the Importing from section, find your disconnected Amazon account, and tap Reconnect Amazon.
- Follow the prompts to sign in to your Amazon account.
Sign in faster with Amazon
You can save your Amazon sign-in credentials to your device so that you can reconnect to Shop faster the next time your credentials expire.
To save and access your Amazon sign-in credentials from your device, you need to have biometrics activated in your phone's settings, such as Touch ID, Face ID, or fingerprint recognition. You'll receive a prompt in the app to allow Shop to access biometrics when you link an Amazon account to Shop for the first time, or the next time you need to reconnect your Amazon account.
