In the Account tab, you can manage your Shop Pay information, order tracking sources, settings, as well as access the link to this Shop Help Center.
- The Shop Cash section appears if you have any Shop Cash rewards, and displays your balance.
- The Upcoming payments section appears if you're paying for an order in installments.
- The Your impact this month section displays your carbon offset impact.
- Tap Order tracking sources to manage your order sources. Order sources include your email and any Amazon accounts connected to Shop.
- Tap Archived orders to find the Shop deliveries that you've archived.
- Tap Support to access the Shop Help Center from the app. You can also tap Support to find Shop's terms and conditions, privacy policy, license info, and to confirm the version of the Shop app you're using.
Manage your Account settings
To manage your account settings, tap the settings icon in the top right corner of the Account tab.
- Tap Wallet to update your Shop Pay billing info and shipping addresses. You can also add or delete a card or shipping address. Learn more about Shop Pay.
- Tap Notifications to manage your notifications settings, including push notifications, tracking, offers and updates, payment, and shopping. Learn more about managing notifications.
- Tap App Settings to manage your confetti, dark mode, and account deletion settings.
- Tap Sign out to sign out of the app on your device.
