In the Account tab, you can manage your Shop Pay wallet, settings, and access support.
In the Shop Pay section, you'll find the following buttons:
- Tap Wallet to update your Shop Pay billing info and shipping addresses.
- Tap Sustainability for info about our carbon offsetting program.
In the Settings section, you'll find the following buttons:
- Tap Auto-import orders to manage your order sources. Order sources include your email addresses and Amazon accounts connected to Shop.
- Tap Archived to find the Shop deliveries you've archived.
- Tap Notifications to manage your notifications settings, including push notifications, tracking, offers and updates, and payments.
- Tap App Settings to manage your confetti and dark mode settings.
In the Support section, you'll find the following buttons:
- Tap Help and support to chat with our digital assistant for support with the Shop app.
- Tap FAQ to access this help center through the app.
You can tap Sign out at the bottom of the page to sign out of the Shop app.
