In the Account tab, manage your Shop Avatar, Shop Pay information, order tracking sources, settings, as well as access the link to this Shop Help Center.
- The Shop avatar section lets you add a custom profile picture. Your avatar is only visible to you in the Shop app and on https://shop.app/.
- The Shop Cash section appears if you have any Shop Cash rewards, and displays your balance.
- The Upcoming payments section appears if you're paying for an order in installments.
- The Favorites section displays the products and shops that you've added to your favorites.
- The Your impact this month section displays your carbon offset impact.
- The Order tracking sources section helps you manage your order sources. Order sources include your email and any Amazon accounts connected to Shop.
- The Archived orders section includes a history of the Shop deliveries that you've archived.
Manage your Account settings
To manage your account settings, tap the settings icon in the top right corner of the Account tab.
- Tap the circle in the top left of the account page to manager your Shop avatar. You can add, change or delete a photo from your library or take a new picture.
- Tap Wallet to update your Shop Pay billing info. You can add or delete a credit card. Learn more about Shop Pay.
- Tap Shipping addresses to manage your shipping addresses. You can edit, add, or delete a shipping address.
- Tap Notifications to manage your notifications settings, including push notifications, tracking, offers and updates, payment, and shopping. Learn more about managing notifications.
- Tap App Settings to manage your confetti, dark mode, and account deletion settings.
- Tap Sign out to sign out of the app on your device.
