If you have an issue with an order that you purchased through a Shop store, and you've already tried to contact the store directly, and it's been at least 30 days with no response or resolution, then you can use the Shop app to report an issue.
- From the Orders tab in Shop, tap an order that's been delivered.
- Tap the ... menu in the top right corner.
- Tap Report an issue with this order.
- Complete the form to submit your issue.
