After an order appears in Shop with its tracking details, you can edit the package name, tracking number, and carrier. After an order is delivered, you can only change the package name.
- In the Order updates section of the Home tab, tap View all orders.
- Tap the order you’d like to edit.
- Do one of the following:
- For orders that were automatically added through Shop stores or Amazon, tap the tracking number, and then tap the … button.
- For orders that were imported through Gmail or Outlook, forwarded, or added manually, tap the … button.
- Tap Edit package.
- Update your order details, and then tap Update package.
