If the carrier didn’t mark your order as delivered, then you can mark it as delivered.
- In the Order updates section of the Home tab, tap View all orders.
- Swipe left on the order you want to mark as delivered.
- Tap Mark as delivered.
- Tap Delivered. You'll no longer receive updates for this order. You can also choose to archive or delete the order from Shop.
If you mark an order as delivered before it arrives, no worries! Accidentally marking an order as delivered doesn't affect your delivery. You can unmark an order as delivered to continue tracking it.
- In the Order updates section of the Home tab, tap View all orders.
- Swipe left on the order you want to unmark.
- Tap … More, and then tap Unmark as delivered.
- Tap Unmark.
