You can use the Shop app to track orders with a valid tracking number.
The Shop app uses info from the carrier delivering your order to provide you with tracking updates. You can view the orders that you're tracking in the Orders tab of the Shop app.
If you haven't received any order updates, then contact the store you purchased from or the shipping carrier.
To track orders using the Shop app, you can do one of the following:
- Connect a Gmail or Outlook email to Shop, so that the Shop app can locate orders based on your emails. If you don’t use Gmail or Outlook, then you can still track orders using email forwarding, or by manually adding a tracking number.
- Connect an Amazon account to Shop, so that the Shop app can search for details to track your deliveries.
When you place an order with a store that uses Shop, or you buy something through the Shop app, it appears automatically in the Orders tab.
