You can use the Shop app to track orders with a valid tracking number.
The Shop app uses info from the carrier delivering your order to provide you with tracking updates. At the top of the Home tab, you can find order updates. Tap View all orders to find all orders that you're tracking with Shop.
If you haven't received any order updates, then contact the store you purchased from or the shipping carrier.
To track orders using the Shop app, you can do one of the following:
- Connect a Gmail or Outlook email to Shop, so that the Shop app can locate orders based on your emails. If you don’t use Gmail or Outlook, then you can still track orders using email forwarding, or by manually adding a tracking number.
- Connect an Amazon account to Shop, so that the Shop app can search for details to track your deliveries.
When you place an order with a store that uses Shop, or you buy something through the Shop app, the order updates section is automatically updated.
