Manually add a tracking number

If one of your deliveries doesn’t appear automatically, then you can add a tracking number to Shop manually.

Steps:

1. In the Orders tab, tap + Add orders.
2. Tap + Add order manually.
3. Optional: Tap Search email for a tracking number, tap the email address that you want to search for a shipping confirmation email, and then copy the tracking number.
4. Fill in the Tracking number, Package name, and Carrier fields.
5. Tap Add order.
