Even if you don't have automatic tracking set up, you can still manually add and edit tracking info for any delivery.
- Find the tracking info for a delivery that you want to track. You can usually find tracking info in a shipping confirmation email, or from your customer account on an online store.
- In the Order updates section of the Home tab in Shop, tap View all orders.
- Tap the + button in the top right corner to add a package.
- In the Manually add package section, enter the order’s tracking number, package name, and carrier.
- Tap Add package to start tracking the delivery.
