Report a Shop store

If you suspect a Shop store of suspicious activity, or you receive a message from a Shop store that violates Shop's prohibited behavior and content policies, then you can report it to Shop in the Shop app. After you report a Shop store, you're contacted only if Shop requires more information about your report.

Steps:

1. In the Shop app, on the Shop store page, tap the overflow menu in the top right corner.
2. Tap Report.
3. In the Report shop dialog, select any of the following reasons:

• Select Misleading to report a Shop store with misleading content or products.
• Select Inappropriate content to report a Shop store with inappropriate content or products.
• Select Other to report a Shop store for another reason.

4. Tap Next.
5. If required after selecting a reason, in the Report shop dialog, select the more specific reason that you're reporting the Shop store. Optionally, provide more details in the Tell us more text box.
6. Tap Report.
