Report content in the Shop app

Shop has a content policy in place to ensure a safe and respectful experience when you use the app.

You can report a store from a shoppable post or report a video review that goes against Shop's content policy.

Report a store from a shoppable post

To report a shoppable post, report the store that published it.

Steps:

1. In the Shop app, open the shoppable post that you want to report.
2. Tap > Report.
3. Complete the store reporting steps, starting from the Report shop dialog.

Report a video review

You can report a video review from its menu in the Shop app.

Steps:

1. Open the video review that you want to report.
2. Tap > Report this review.
3. In the Why are you reporting this review? dialog, select a reason for reporting.
4. Tap Report.
