Delivery tracking
Pots fer el seguiment de les comandes a l'aplicació Shop per veure'n l'estat d'enviament i la ubicació. Les comandes de les botigues de Shopify i les compres de Shop Pay s'emplenen automàticament, sense connectar cap compte de correu electrònic. Per fer el seguiment automàtic de les comandes d'altres botigues, pots connectar un compte de correu electrònic de Gmail o d'Outlook. També pots afegir la informació de seguiment a Shop manualment.
You can track deliveries only in the Shop app. Delivery tracking isn't available on the Shop website.
Shop isn't involved in the fulfillment or delivery process for your order. Your order is managed by the online store you purchased from. After an order is shipped, its delivery is managed by the shipping carrier associated with the tracking number for your order. If you have questions about your order status or delivery, then refer to Reporting an order issue and getting help.
If you've contacted the store and shipping carrier and haven't been able to resolve the issue, then you can report an issue with your order.
