Delivery tracking

You can track orders in the Shop app to view delivery status and location. Orders populate automatically from connected email accounts or Shop Pay purchases, or you can add tracking information to Shop manually.

You can track deliveries only in the Shop app. Delivery tracking isn't available on the Shop website.

Shop isn't involved in the fulfillment or delivery process for your order. Your order is managed by the online store you purchased from. After an order is shipped, its delivery is managed by the shipping carrier associated with the tracking number for your order. If you have questions about your order status or delivery, then refer to Reporting an order issue and getting help.

If you've contacted the store and shipping carrier and haven't been able to resolve the issue, then you can report an issue with your order.
