Shop Cash is a rewards program that's available to Shop app customers with a verified phone number in the United States or Canada, who pay for their orders using Shop Pay. After you earn Shop Cash, you can redeem it towards eligible orders that you place through the Shop app.
To review your Shop Cash activity, which includes the Shop Cash that you've earned, redeemed, and that has expired, in the Shop app, tap your Shop Cash balance in the top right corner of the Shop app, and then tap the clock icon.
