Shop Cash is a rewards program for Shop app users with a verified phone number in the United States and Canada. You can earn Shop Cash on eligible purchases when you pay with Shop Pay or Shop Pay Installments, and can redeem your Shop Cash on eligible purchases in the Shop app. You can view your Shop Cash balance, transaction history, and expiry in the Shop app and Shop on the web.
To review your Shop Cash activity, which includes the Shop Cash that you've earned, redeemed, and that has expired, in the Shop app, tap your Shop Cash balance in the top right corner of the Shop app, and then tap the clock icon.
