Checking your Shop Cash balance

To view your Shop Cash balance, sign into the Shop app or https://shop.app/ using the same email address associated with your Shop Pay account. If you've been notified through email about your Shop Cash, then use the email mentioned in that notification.

Your Shop Cash balance displays in the following location depending whether you use the Shop app or Shop website:

• Shop app: In the Shop app, tap your account icon, and then go to Payment methods, where Shop Cash displays as a payment method.
• Shop website: On the Shop website, click your account icon. Your Shop Cash balance displays as a dollar amount next to your account name and email.

If your Shop Cash balance doesn't display immediately after logging in, then try logging out and logging back in with the appropriate email address.

Your Shop Cash expires depending on when it was earned.
