Earn Shop Cash

If you're eligible for the Shop Cash rewards program, then you can earn Shop Cash on orders that meet the following criteria: 

• The online store that you're purchasing from sells in USD or CAD, and accepts Shop Pay as a payment method.
• The order is paid for using Shop Pay on an online store or in the Shop app.
• The payment card used for the order has a United States or Canadian billing address.
• The purchase doesn't include any gift cards, subscription products, or digital products.

Your Shop Cash balance displays in the top right corner of the Shop app. After you earn Shop Cash on an order, it might not display in your balance until after that order is fulfilled. Your Shop Cash expires depending on when it was earned. 

Refunds on orders that earned Shop Cash

If you earn Shop Cash on an order, and the order is later refunded, then the Shop Cash that you earned from that order is deducted from your Shop Cash balance. This includes Shop Cash that you've already spent.
