Connecting your Amazon Prime account to Shop

You can connect your Amazon Prime account to Shop to access the benefits of Amazon Prime delivery and return options when you check out using Shop Pay on participating online stores. Amazon Prime delivery and return options are available only on participating online stores that offer Shop Pay as a payment method, and don't display when you make a purchase in the Shop app or the Shop website.

When you connect your Amazon Prime account, Amazon shares only your Prime subscription status with Shop.

Connect your Amazon Prime account to Shop

You can connect your Amazon Prime account in your Shop settings. After you connect your Amazon Prime account, available Prime shipping options automatically display when you check out using Shop Pay on participating online stores.

Steps:

Shop app
  1. From the Shop app in the home tab, tap the Account icon.

  2. Tap settings Settings > Connections.

  3. In the Amazon section, tap add-circle.

  4. Tap Continue, and then follow the prompts to sign in to your Amazon account.

Web browser
  1. On a web browser, sign in to Shop.

  2. Click the Account icon.

  3. Click Settings > Connections.

  4. In the Amazon section, click add-circle.

  5. Click Continue, and then follow the prompts to sign in to your Amazon account.

Disconnect your Amazon Prime account from Shop

You can disconnect your Amazon Prime account from Shop only from your Amazon account. You can access the link to disconnect your account on Amazon from your Shop account settings.

Steps:

Shop app
  1. From the Shop app in the home tab, tap the Account icon.

  2. Tap settings Settings > Connections.

  3. In the Amazon section, tap > View details.

  4. On the Connection details dialog, tap the link to disconnect your account in Amazon, and then follow the prompts to disconnect your account.

Web browser
  1. On a web browser, sign in to Shop.

  2. Click the Account icon.

  3. Click Settings > Connections.

  4. Next to Amazon, click > View details.

  5. In the Connection details dialog, click the link to disconnect your account in Amazon, and then follow the prompts to disconnect your account.

Reconnect or remove your Amazon Prime account from Shop

After you disconnect your Amazon Prime account from Shop, you can either reconnect it, or remove it from Shop.

Steps:

Shop app
  1. From the Shop app in the home tab, tap the Account icon.

  2. Tap settings Settings > Connections.

  3. In the Amazon section, do either of the following:

    • To reconnect your Amazon account to Shop, tap Reconnect > Continue, and then follow the prompts to sign in to your Amazon account.
    • To remove your Amazon account from Shop, tap the delete icon, and then tap Remove.
Web browser
  1. On a web browser, sign in to Shop.

  2. Click the Account icon.

  3. Click Settings > Connections.

  4. Next to Amazon, click , and then do either of the following:

    • To reconnect your Amazon account, click Reconnect > Continue, and then follow the prompts to sign in to your Amazon account.
    • To remove your Amazon account from Shop, click Delete, and then click Delete.
