Report incorrect order information
If an unexpected or incorrect order displays in the Shop app, then you can verify where it came from, take steps to protect your account, or report the information as incorrect.
Verify the source of an order in Shop
If an unexpected or incorrect order is displayed in your Orders, then you can verify where the order came from by viewing the order details.
Steps:
- From the Home or Orders tab, tap an order.
- Tap ….
- Tap View order email.
- Tap Continue to allow the Shop app to access your email account and view your order information.
Unrecognized orders
If after verifying the source of an order in Shop, you still don't recognize the order, then you should check your bank account to confirm whether you were charged for the order:
- If you weren't charged for the order, then proceed to report the order as Not my order in Shop.
- If you were charged for the order, then contact your bank or credit card provider to start a dispute. After you start the dispute, report the order as Not my order in Shop.
Report incorrect order information
If you can't find the order email to verify an order, or you didn't place an order that displays in the Shop app, then you can report incorrect information using Shop.
Steps:
- From the

tab, tap an order.
- Tap …, and then tap Report incorrect information.
- Tap one or more of the following options:
- Wrong merchant
- Not my order
- Wrong tracking status
- This is spam
- Other
- Tap Submit.
If you have an issue with an order that you purchased through a Shop store, and you've already tried to contact the store directly, then you can use the Shop app to report an issue.
