Manage your Shop Pay subscriptions

You can manage your Shop Pay subscriptions by signing in to your Shop account in a web browser. This includes viewing subscription details and updating your payment method. You can also click Manage subscription to access your customer account through the store that you purchased from to make a payment, pause, or cancel your subscription.

Steps:

1. Sign in to your Shop account in a web browser.
2. Click your account icon.
3. In the Account tab, click Subscriptions.
4. Click the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Do any of the following to manage your subscription:

   • Update your subscription payment method:
     1. Click Update payment method.
     2. Select or add a new payment method for your subscription.
     3. Click Save.
   • To make a payment, pause, or cancel your subscription, click Manage subscription. This redirects you to your customer account on the store that you purchased from, where you can make changes to your subscription.
