Manage your Shop Pay subscriptions

You can manage your Shop Pay subscriptions by signing in to your Shop account in a web browser. If you're on a mobile device, open this link in your mobile web browser rather than the Shop app. This includes viewing subscription details and updating your payment method for each subscription individually. You can also click Manage subscription to access your customer account through the store that you purchased from to make a payment, pause, or cancel your subscription.

Steps:

1. Sign in to your Shop account in a web browser.
2. Click your account icon.
3. In the Account tab, click Subscriptions.
4. Click the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Do any of the following to manage your subscription:
   • Update your subscription payment method. Changing your default payment method doesn't automatically update your existing subscriptions, so you need to update the payment method for each subscription:
     1. Click Update payment method.
     2. Select or add a new payment method for your subscription.
     3. Click Save.
   • To make a payment, pause, or cancel your subscription, click Manage subscription. This redirects you to your customer account on the store that you purchased from, where you can make changes to your subscription.

Deleting a card from Shop Pay

If you delete a payment card from your Shop Pay account, then your active subscriptions aren't cancelled. Your subscriptions continue to bill according to their existing schedule, even after the card is removed from your Shop Pay wallet.

When you delete a card that's linked to an active subscription, you're notified that your subscriptions won't be cancelled. After the card is deleted, you receive an email with a summary of your active subscriptions and a link to manage them.

To cancel a subscription, click Manage subscription on your subscriptions page.
