Connect email order tracking sources to Shop

You can connect an email account to Shop to track any orders sent to that email account. If you no longer want to track orders sent to an email account, then you can remove an email order source.

Connect an email account to Shop

After you create a Shop account, you can connect additional Gmail or Outlook email accounts to use as sources to automatically track orders.

Steps:

  1. From the Shop app, go to the orders tab.

  2. Tap > link Connect email accounts.

  3. In the Order tracking sources section, do any of the following:

  • Tap Connect Gmail to connect a Gmail account.
  • Tap Connect Outlook to connect an Outlook account.
  1. Tap Continue and then follow the prompts to sign in to your account.

Remove an email order source

You can only remove email addresses that are connected as secondary order tracking sources. If you want to remove the primary email address that you use to sign into Shop, then you need to delete your account.

Steps:

  1. From the Shop app, go to the orders tab.

  2. Tap > link Connect email accounts.

  3. In the Order tracking sources section, tap delete next to the secondary email that you want to remove.

  4. In the Remove email? dialog, tap Remove.
