If you want to cancel an order, initiate a return, or request a refund, then you need to contact the store that you purchased from. You can contact a store through the Shop app, or by replying to the order confirmation email that you received after placing your order.
If it's been more than 30 days since you placed an order, and you haven't been able to reach the store or the shipping carrier, then you can report an issue with your order in the Shop app.
Important: While Shop helps you track your orders and engage with stores, the store that you purchased from is responsible for your order. To learn more about Shop's role, refer to the Shop Terms of Service.
