Mark an order as delivered

You can mark an order as delivered after you receive it. If you mark an order as delivered and you haven't received it, then you can unmark the order to ensure you're keeping track of your orders accurately.

Mark an order as delivered

If the carrier didn’t mark your order as delivered, then you can mark it as delivered.

Steps:

  1. From the Shop app, go to the orders tab.

  2. Swipe left on the order that you want to mark as delivered.

  3. Tap Mark as delivered.

After you mark an order as delivered, you'll no longer receive updates for that order. You can also choose to archive or delete the order from Shop.

Unmark an order as delivered

You can unmark an order as delivered to continue tracking it.

Steps:

  1. From the Shop app, go to the orders tab.

  2. Swipe left on the order that you want to unmark as delivered.

  3. Tap Unmark as delivered.
