You can sync your shopping cart between the Shop app and any participating online store when you sign in with Shop during your online store browsing or shopping experience.
Keep in mind the following considerations when syncing your cart:
- The most recently created cart takes precedence over older carts.
- Only eligible products can be synced between platforms. If a product is only available on the Shop app or online store, but not both, then ineligible products will not be synced to a channel they aren’t available on.
- You have to sign in with Shop on the online store for your cart to sync.
- When you sign out of Shop on an online store, cart syncing changes will take effect in your next shopping session.
Note: Some stores don't support cart syncing yet, but your cart will still be saved on the online store. If your cart hasn't synced, then you can go back to the online store to continue shopping.
