Manually add a tracking number to Shop
If a delivery doesn’t appear automatically in the Shop app, then you can manually add the tracking details to the Shop app. After you manually add the tracking details, it displays as an order in the Shop app.
You can also add an order to Shop using email forwarding.
Steps:
From the Shop app, go to the
tab.
Tap … >
Add order manually.
Optional: If you need to search a connected email for a tracking number, then tap Search email for a tracking number, select the email add that you want to search, and then copy the tracking number.
Fill in the Tracking number, Package name, and Carrier fields.
Tap Add order.
