Check out with Shop Pay on an online store

Shop Pay is the default checkout experience when you make a purchase in the Shop app or on the Shop website. You can also check out using Shop Pay on participating online stores for a faster checkout experience.

If you're recognized as being signed in with Shop on a Chrome browser, then the Shop Pay button displays the last four digits of your primary payment method.

After you check out using Shop Pay on an online store, you're automatically signed in with Shop on that store, and can access your customer account to manage your orders, customer profile, and features such as loyalty points, when available.

Steps:

1. On an online store that offers Shop Pay as a payment method, select the Shop Pay button on the product page, in your cart, or at checkout.
2. Enter your email address, or select the passkey icon in the email field.
3. Do one of the following:

• If you selected the passkey icon, then follow the prompts to sign in using your saved passkey.
• If you set up Shop Pay, then you'll receive a six-digit SMS verification code to the phone number on your Shop Pay account. In the Confirm it's you section, enter your six-digit code.
• If you've previously verified your Shop email address when you set up Shop Pay, then you can select Send me a code by email instead.

4. Optional: In the Ship to section, select Set as default to designate an address as the default shipping destination for orders paid with Shop Pay.
5. Review your order before it's final.
6. Select Complete purchase to finalize your order.
