Send in-store receipts to Shop
If you make an in-store purchase using Shop Pay, then you can receive your digital receipt in the following ways:
- In the Shop app, your receipt displays in the Orders tab.
- You can also receive your receipt at the email address or phone number that's associated with your Shop Pay account, when available.
If you're an existing customer at a retail store, and the store has your email on file for a purchase, then you'll automatically receive your digital receipt in the Shop app.
In-store receipts are activated by default for each card that you use with Shop Pay. You can turn in-store receipts on or off for each card in your Shop account settings.
Steps:
- In a web browser, go to https://shop.app/, and then click Sign in.
- Follow the prompts to sign in to your Shop account.
- Click the Account icon, and then click Settings.
- In the In-store receipts section, find the card that you want to adjust settings for, and then toggle the setting on or off.
