You can edit your shipping addresses and payment methods in the Shop app, or during checkout. You can save up to 10 credit cards, and 20 shipping addresses in your Shop Pay wallet.
Update your payment methods
- From the Shop app, tap the Account icon.
- Tap Payment methods.
- Do any of the following:
- To add a credit card, tap the + icon, enter your card details, and then tap Save card.
- To delete a credit card, tap on the credit card you'd like to delete, and then tap Delete.
- To change your billing address on an existing card, you need to delete and then re-add your card.
- Optional: When you have multiple saved credit cards, you can assign a nickname to your credit card for display instead of showing only the last 4 digits. This feature is available for updating credit card information during checkout, and is unavailable in the Shop app.
Update your shipping addresses
- From the Shop app, tap the Account icon.
- Tap Addresses.
- Do any of the following:
- To edit a shipping address, in the Manage addresses section, tap on the address that you want to change. Edit the fields that you need, and then tap Save address.
- To add a shipping address, tap Add address, enter your address details, and then tap Save address.
- To delete a shipping address, tap the address, tap the trash can icon next to the address, and then tap Delete.
- Optional: In the Ship to section, click Set as default to designate an address as the default shipping destination for orders paid with Shop Pay.
After you update your shipping address, it displays when you check out using Shop Pay on future orders. To update your shipping address for an order that's already been placed, you need to contact the store that you purchased from.
