The delivery details screen displays the following information, if available:
- A tracking map with the approximate location of your package
- The store name, order status, and shipping updates
- The tracking number with a copy option
- The carrier name
- A tracking URL to the carrier site
- A … menu icon on the map with more options to contact the online store and shipping carrier, share your tracker, edit or delete your order, and report incorrect tracking information
For all orders, the tracking map displays only while the delivery is In transit.
Where is My Order?
Shop isn’t involved in the fulfillment or delivery process for your order. Your order is managed by the online store you purchased from. After an order is shipped, its delivery is managed by the shipping carrier associated with the tracking number for your order.
If you have questions about your order status or delivery, then contact the carrier delivering the order or the store you purchased from. Depending on the shipping method that a store uses, not every order that displays in the Shop app will have tracking information available.
If you have contacted the store and shipping carrier and haven't been able to resolve the issue, then you can report an issue with an order.
