Make a purchase using Shop Pay at a retail store

At participating retail stores that offer Shop Pay as a payment option, staff will show you a QR code at checkout. You can scan the QR code and complete payment on the Shop website. Purchases made at a retail store using Shop Pay can be completed on the Shop website only, not in the Shop app.

Steps:

1. Scan the available QR code at the register using your phone's camera.
2. Tap the link from the QR code to open the checkout on the Shop website.
3. Review your details, and then tap Pay now.

When your order is complete, you can view the order confirmation page in your browser. You can also select a receipt option on the store's device at the register.
