Troubleshooting

Here are some tips to help you troubleshoot:

  • Make sure that you're using a mobile device. While you can still manage Shop Pay settings on desktop, the Shop app is only available for download through your mobile device.
  • Use a stable internet connection. Try disconnecting from your wireless network or any Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and using cellular data instead.
  • Make sure that your operating system is up to date. The Shop app is available on the following operating systems:
    • iOS (version 11.0 or later for Shop version 2.16.2 and later) for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
    • Android (version 5.0 or later) for smartphones and supported tablets.
  • Make sure that you're using the most recent version of Shop.
