Troubleshooting the Shop app
Review the following troubleshooting tips for the Shop app:
- Make sure that you're using a mobile device: While you can still manage Shop Pay settings on desktop, the Shop app is only available for download through your mobile device.
- Use a stable internet connection: Try disconnecting from your wireless network or any Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and using cellular data instead.
- Make sure that your operating system is up to date: The Shop app is available on iOS for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, and Android for smartphones and supported tablets. Review the compatibility information on the app listing to ensure that your device meets the operating system requirements.
- Make sure that you're using the most recent version of Shop: Check your device's app store for the most recent version of the Shop app.
